$20.25 / Hour

Job Schedule

DayTime Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of guest areas, corridors, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns, and document incidents according to site procedures.
• Aid in emergency response activities, access control, and coordination with hotel management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
