As a Security Officer Arrival Screening in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. You will help support a secure environment by screening individuals and/or items, monitoring assigned areas, and reporting security-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Screen persons, packages, vehicles, and/or shipments entering designated areas in accordance with established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, shipping documentation, and authorization for entry to restricted operational areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, warehouses, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
