You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting relevant information through established communication channels.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
