Job Schedule

  • DayTime: Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service to residents, visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or local law enforcement when needed.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, parking areas, entrances, hallways, and perimeter access points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials, deliveries, and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific protocols, helping to support orderly operations within a healthcare-related location.
  • Assist with de-escalation, escort duties, and other security-related support functions as needed, while maintaining professionalism and following Allied Universal standards and post orders.

Minimum Requirements

  • An armed guard card or license is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
