As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report suspicious conditions or maintenance concerns, and maintain accurate incident and patrol documentation
• Communicate professionally with residents, guests, staff, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming residential environment

Requirements

• Possess an armed guard card or license
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

Preferred qualifications

• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet
• Have access control or badge experience
• Have customer service experience

Pay & schedule

Pay Rate: $20.90 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
