Security Officer Armed Patrol

About the role

As an Armed Patrol Security Officer in Corinne, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as aerospace and defense. This part-time position offers flexibility to build a schedule that works for you using our Claim a Shift platform. You will conduct routine patrols, drive assigned routes, maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents, and provide professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and security-related observations accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must pass a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Pay

$27.99 per hour.

Schedule

• Wednesday: 08:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sunday: 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM
