$23.93 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, with attention to access control and security-related concerns.
Monitor for suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, and/or conditions that could impact daily operations, helping to deter unwanted activity through visible presence and routine observation.
Support security-related operations at a financial services location by following post orders, reporting maintenance or life-threatening concerns, and assisting with orderly movement of employees and visitors.

Minimum Requirements

Have at least 3 years of experience as Military Police, a Corrections Officer, Armed Security, or be a Certified Law Enforcement Graduate.
Possess an armed guard card or license.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Have 5 or more years of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

Participation in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
