About the role

This Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced position is a flexible, dependable option for individuals looking to supplement their income, gain hands-on experience, or work toward a full-time career. As an Armed Enhanced Part Time Driver Patrol Officer in Levittown, PA, you’ll have a fixed base schedule with the flexibility to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule, requiring a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: Pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Scale your hours up to 40 per week or back as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, exterior perimeter, and/or other assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, reporting unusual activity, access issues, or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established armed post procedures and escalation protocols.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation related to patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Concealed carry weapons permit.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Act 235 qualification (Pennsylvania only).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

$37.88 / hour

• Daytime, Friday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
