As a Security Officer Active Patrol in Chino, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related duties throughout the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and shipping and receiving areas, verifying credentials and/or visitor information in accordance with post orders and location procedures.
• Support loss prevention and operational continuity by reporting damaged gates, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and other conditions that could impact security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
