Security Officer Access Verification

In this full‑time Security Officer Access Verification position in Camden, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in manufacturing and industrial environments, contributing to a secure and collaborative workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, access‑control policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain accurate access‑control records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access‑control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production‑adjacent areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Complete detailed reports and logs regarding visitor activity, access‑control events, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
