About the role
As a Security Officer Access Management in Stuttgart, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and support a secure environment for employees and guests. You will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, conduct routine patrols, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, security-related policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site requirements.
- Control vehicle and pedestrian access to manufacturing and industrial areas, directing authorized personnel and deliveries to designated locations.
- Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, exterior areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Requirements
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
