Security Officer Access Coordination

Position: Full‑time Unarmed Patrol Access Coordination in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner and report observations through established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, loading docks, trailer areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and delivery vehicle activity in accordance with site‑specific requirements.
• Help deter unauthorized access, theft, and property damage by maintaining a visible presence and reporting unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of security‑related experience.
• Experience with access control and badges is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state or local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Pay

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule

Daytime shifts: Monday through Sunday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
