What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Monitor access control points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas.
- Document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity, issue site access materials as directed, and communicate access-related information to appropriate site contacts.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through required site documentation.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, and key operational zones, with attention to access points and unusual activity.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
