Security Officer Access Control Monitor

Join Allied Universal at a dynamic automotive location in Fremont, CA as a Security Officer Access Control Monitor. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This role supports security-related operations with a people-first approach, working as part of a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, unusual conditions, and/or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Support access control activities and follow location protocols for visitors, employees, and/or deliveries.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age (18 for unarmed roles).
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Access control and badge experience (preferred).
• Subject to background investigation, drug screen, and compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Pay

$22.52 per hour.

Schedule

• Thursday: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Friday: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Saturday: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Sunday: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
