Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will help maintain a secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access credentials, controlling visitor and employee access, and documenting activity. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and support a caring culture built on teamwork, integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Monitor entry and exit points at a food and beverage production location; verify identification, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation before permitting access in accordance with site procedures.
- Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, vehicle, and delivery records, and communicate access concerns or policy violations to appropriate site personnel.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established security-related procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
