$23.67 / Hour
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols for a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify visitor information, issue access credentials as directed, and/or maintain front desk logs and related records.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting building management, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership when appropriate.
- Answer phones, greet guests, provide directions, and/or support general reception functions while helping to maintain awareness of security-related concerns at the front desk.
- Observe cameras, alarms, and/or building systems from the desk when assigned, and report maintenance issues, access concerns, and/or policy violations through proper channels.
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
