Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and implementation of holistic health programs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance employee wellness initiatives
• Assisting in the organization and execution of wellness events and workshops
• Providing guidance and resources to employees on maintaining a healthy lifestyle
• Monitoring and analyzing employee wellness data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (health sciences, psychology, etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of holistic health principles and practices
• Experience with wellness program design and implementation
• Understanding of employee wellness metrics and data analysis
