About the Role
Security Operations Lead oversees and manages site activity during a specific shift.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures and protocols.
- Working with data center systems, CCTV, VMS.
- Controlling ingress/egress and making rounds.
- Responding to emergencies and coordinating with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel if required.
- Ensuring all security equipment, like security cameras and alarms, are in good working condition.
- Providing regular detailed shift reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of prior supervisory experience in security
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
- Valid MO Driver's license
- Valid CPR-AED
- Valid MO Security License
Schedule
2nd Shift Sunday through Thursday, 6pm-2am
