Responsibilities
- Install, configure, integrate, support, and optimize all Security Solutions supported products, technologies, and applications.
- Provide end-user training on Security Solutions products and technologies.
- Directly interact with customers, junior field service staff, sales personnel, and management to address and resolve installation, configuration, and operational challenges.
- Travel to customer sites, remote offices, and various other locations to support customers.
Requirements
- 4-year technical degree, or a 2-year technical school degree with at least 2 years of networking systems experience.
- 5 years of experience in IP-based networking and electronic security systems.
- Strong commitment to quality work, meticulous attention to detail, and adherence to safe work practices.
- Proficient in basic electricity, including AC/DC theory, Ohm's Law, and using a digital volt/ohm meter.
- Advanced expertise in IP-based physical security systems.
- Extensive knowledge of IP-based and electronic communication systems.
- In-depth understanding of network and computer operating systems.
- Proficient in internetworking devices, techniques, operating systems, and protocols.
- Skilled in programming, scripting, and integration protocols.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
- Proven ability to interpret mechanical plans and specifications.
- Familiar with computer drafting software, word processors, and spreadsheets.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle.

Pay
