Job Description
In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of security installation technicians to install and configure electronic security systems at Ft Eisenhower, GA, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor a team of security installation technicians.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of electronic security systems (e.g., access control, CCTV, intrusion detection).
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Cook up coordination with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to installation activities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in electronic security system installation.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances.
Desired Skills
- Certifications for ESS Systems (Lenel, Hirsch, Bosch, Daq).
- Experience coordinating and executing installation projects on schedule.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving technical and logistical issues.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
