About the Role

Security Hosts are responsible for supporting guest safety, access control, policy enforcement, and crowd management in compliance with Swingers procedures and Mandalay Bay/MGM Resorts security protocols. This role works closely with resort security teams, venue management, and floor operations to ensure a safe and well-managed environment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Managing guest entry and exit points in accordance with venue and Mandalay Bay policies
• Verifying identification and ensuring compliance with legal age requirements
• Monitoring guest behavior to proactively identify safety or policy concerns
• Enforcing venue and resort policies consistently and respectfully
• De-escalating conflicts and escalating issues appropriately when necessary
• Communicating clearly with Swingers Management and Mandalay Bay Security
• Supporting emergency procedures, evacuations, and incident response as needed
• Maintaining a visible, professional, and approachable presence throughout service
• Adhering to all company, resort, and legal compliance standards, including safety and security protocols

Requirements

• An essential function of this position is to be on premises to perform all work requirements

Pay

$20 per hour
