Security Guard Warehouse

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Officer with sharp observation skills and attention to detail to monitor environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

About the role

As a Surveillance Security Officer, you will spot threats before they escalate, ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• FL security D license

Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Schedule

• Full-time, Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, and Sunday - Wednesday 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM (40 hours)
• Full-time, Thursday - Sunday 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM (32 hours)
• Part-time, Saturday and Sunday Midnight - 8:00 AM, and Tuesday 4:00 PM - Midnight (24 hours)

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $17.51/hr. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.
