Security Guard: Variable Schedule

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Achieve and pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• At least 3+ years Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
• State license if required
• Active DCJS
• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
• Outgoing and excellent customer service and communication skills
• Open availability
• No face, neck, or hand tattoos
• Maintain GardaWorld's grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards
