Responsibilities
- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Achieve and pass an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- At least 3+ years Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
- State license if required
- Active DCJS
- At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
- Outgoing and excellent customer service and communication skills
- Open availability
- No face, neck, or hand tattoos
- Maintain GardaWorld's grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards
