- Day: Fri 05:30 PM - 11:30 PM
- Day: Sat 05:30 PM - 11:30 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, parking areas, receiving zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for security-related concerns, assisting with access control, loss prevention support, and/or incident documentation as directed by site procedures.
- Support store personnel and visitors by reporting hazards, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related concerns, and completing detailed activity and incident reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
