About the role

As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Driving Role in Fishersville, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Healthcare. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position involves professional communication with patients, visitors, and staff while responding to security-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, patient, and staff activity; report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and actions taken in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Requirements

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

$17.51 / hour

• Friday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Saturday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Sunday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
