GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer. You’ll work in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, providing high-quality customer service across all shifts.

About the role

Site Location: East Grand Forks, MN

Set schedule: Part-time, Sunday, 1st shift 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19.02 per hour (DailyPay available).

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
