Security Guard- The Village at Northridge

Part-Time Schedule – Friday, Saturday & Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must be available these days and hours.

About the role

Kind and conscientious person needed to provide reception duties after hours and on weekends; assure security of the building, grounds, and residents/staff. Your interest in serving others will be rewarded and appreciated by our senior residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform reception functions of greeting visitors, residents, and others and assure sign in and out.
• Answer telephone courteously and route calls appropriately.
• Monitor emergency call system, surveillance equipment and respond per procedure.
• Make periodic rounds of property assuring a safe environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development) and/or six (6) months experience in similar position.

Pay

The anticipated wage range for this role is $19 - $22 per hour.
