As a Security Guard - Surveillance Patrol in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report conditions, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel at a retail distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility interior, exterior, perimeter, parking areas, loading docks, and access points to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, delivery, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
• Observe and report conditions such as unsecured doors, damaged fencing, blocked exits, or other security-related concerns to site leadership.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour. Position Type: Full Time. Schedule: Daytime, Monday 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM, Tuesday 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM, Friday 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM, Saturday 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM, Sunday 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM.
