Security Guard / Security Officer - Weekend Work

About the role

The role of a Security Guard/Security Officer at Maximum Security involves two main types of duties:

• Residential gated community security guard: responsibilities include greeting guests, checking identification, admitting visitors using guest entry tracking software, and documenting and reporting suspicious events.
• Vehicle patrol security guard: responsibilities involve patrolling the premises in a company vehicle, observing, and responding to suspicious activity, distress calls, and alarms.

As a Security Guard/Security Officer, you will be part of a 350-person team that protects local communities and businesses. Your role includes:

• Flexible hours (full-time, part-time, overnight, floater)

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid security guard license (can be obtained with assistance from Maximum Security)
• Ability to remain calm and respond quickly in stressful situations

Pay

The starting salary for this position is $17-18.50 per hour.
