As a Security Guard Residential Overnight Mobile Patrol Driver in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the residential community, reporting unusual conditions and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Have at least one year of law enforcement experience, at least two years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or at least three years of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$20.60 per hour

Schedule

Full-time overnight shifts:

• Monday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Tuesday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Wednesday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Saturday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Sunday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
