Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to residents, members, guests, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, manage visitor sign-in processes, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site procedures.
