The position is a Part‑Time Security Guard – Unarmed Patrol Observation in Indianapolis, IN, serving clients in industries such as healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following site‑specific procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary throughout the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, checking credentials as required, and reporting unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of security‑related experience.
• Minimum age: 18 years for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state or local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Daytime shifts: Monday 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM; Sunday 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM
