Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location in Charlotte, NC. Conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to tenants and visitors. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and property perimeters to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, property concerns, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Document patrol findings and incidents through clear, accurate reports and promptly communicate relevant information to designated personnel.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Possession of a guard card/license is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Friday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Sunday: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
