Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and property personnel while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, access concerns, and policy violations, and complete accurate incident documentation.
• Assist with emergency response activities, crowd management, and coordination with property management and/or first responders when appropriate.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
