About the role
As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Horicon, WI, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to alarms, and support access-control and security-related procedures. This driving post offers the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, maintain required logs, and help to deter unauthorized entry and removal of property.
- Support a professional, orderly work environment by following Allied Universal and site policies, communicating clearly with team members, and completing accurate incident and shift reports.
Requirements
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- Valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Pay
$18.50 / hour
Schedule
- Monday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Tuesday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Saturday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Sunday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
