What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or potential security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
• Assist with access control activities, visitor direction, and monitoring of restricted areas in accordance with facility policies.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Requirements

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour
• Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
