You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures and assist with directions and escort requests as needed
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel

Requirements

• At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience
• At least 2 years of security-related experience
• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only

Pay and schedule

• Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour
• Job Schedule: Saturday 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sunday 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
