Security Guard Part Time Unarmed Patrol

As a Part-Time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution in Johnstown, PA, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication while supporting a welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas; observe and report unusual activity, suspicious behavior, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining confidentiality of client, employee, and customer information.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws (qualified applicants with criminal histories considered consistent with applicable laws).
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Pay

$18.24 per hour.

Schedule

Part-time: Wednesday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM and Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
