About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a healthcare location in Cleveland, OH. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors, staff, and emergency responders in accordance with facility procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws (qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered consistent with applicable laws).
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Pay

$15.40 per hour

Schedule

Part-time: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
