Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access and parking area protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout parking facilities, entrances, walkways, stairwells, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian activity, assist with directions and general information, and support orderly traffic flow in accordance with post instructions and location needs.
• Observe conditions in assigned areas and communicate maintenance issues, lighting concerns, hazards, and/or unusual activity through appropriate reporting channels.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
