Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns through site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot or mobile patrols throughout buildings, work areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations as assigned.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, observing visitor activity, and/or communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and questions, and/or reporting maintenance, lighting, or other property-related concerns.

Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug screen.
• Licenses and certifications: Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
