Security Guard (part time, flex schedule)

Shift

Monday - Friday, approx 16-24 hours per week. Must be able to cover 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift as needed. Schedule rotates based on coverage needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
• Ability to Pass Background and Drug Screening
• Ability to Work All Shifts
• Ability to Understand, Interpret, and Follow Rules, Instructions, and Lawful Orders
• Physical Stamina and Dexterity
• Knowledge of Security Operations and Procedures
• Ability to Detect Safety Hazards Within the Building and Communicate with Appropriate Staff
• Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Ability to Obtain a Guard License

Responsibilities

• Assist Allegiance Management in Delegated Duties and Functions
• Follow Written/Verbal Directives
• Stand or Walk Constantly (for Multiple Hours, Up to an Entire Shift)
• On Various Surfaces (Tile, Concrete, Carpet, Grass, Dirt)
• Maintain Security Cameras
• Public Relations and Awareness, and Deal Tactfully with the Public
• Aid in Investigations Concerning Loss/Damage of Client Property
• Obtain and Detail Statements, Write Reports, Interview and Observe and Document Information in a Professional Manner
