As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal policy. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, stockrooms, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to store management and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background investigation (federal, state, local).
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Access control and badge experience (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid experience (preferred).
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).

Pay

$18.50 per hour.

Schedule

Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM; Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
