Security Guard Part Time Digital Patrol

About the Role

As a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Commercial Real Estate. This role offers flexibility to build a schedule that works for you using our Claim a Shift platform. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents, and provide outstanding customer service while communicating professionally with tenants, visitors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter areas (working environments may vary by location).
• Monitor access to the property, observe for unusual activity or policy violations, and deter unauthorized entry through professional presence and timely reporting.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities in accordance with site-specific procedures and Allied Universal requirements.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Pay

$18.50 per hour.
