About the role

As a Security Guard Credential Intake in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related screening requirements at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, packages, and/or property entering or leaving the location in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor access points, credential verification, and screening equipment; report irregularities, prohibited items, and/or policy violations to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, and the business perimeter; document observations and complete required reports.

Requirements

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Able to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
