Description SECURITYGUARD LEAD *Resume is Required* Responsibilities Responsible for managing a secure entrance and perimeter for the facilityKnow all of the duties of your immediate staff and the ability to perform themEnsure completion and accuracy of reports done by staffComplete daily and weekly reports as neededImplement disciplinary procedures when necessaryResolve employee’s conflicts and issues promptly and objectivelyDirect communication with company and outside servicesMaintain logs for inbound and outbound trucksAttend meetings as scheduledLift up to 50 lbsOther duties as assigned Qualifications Previous security experience preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalentBilingual preferredComputer skills and knowledgeAttention to detail and ability to multi-taskStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast paced work environmentAbility to work in the weather conditionsMust be able to work in all weather conditionsMust be able to work 12 hour shiftsCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation This position does not have an application deadline.
