SECURITY GUARD LEAD

Responsibilities

• Manage a secure entrance and perimeter for the facility
• Know all duties of your immediate staff and be able to perform them
• Ensure completion and accuracy of reports done by staff
• Complete daily and weekly reports as needed
• Implement disciplinary procedures when necessary
• Resolve employee conflicts and issues promptly and objectively
• Direct communication with company and outside services
• Maintain logs for inbound and outbound trucks
• Attend meetings as scheduled
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous security experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual preferred
• Computer skills and knowledge
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Post-offer drug, alcohol, and background checks are conducted for all new team members. Employment eligibility verification is required by the end of the third day of work.
