Security guard/ Hyatt House/ FT

About the Role

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Security Guard to join our team. This position is overnight and requires availability on weekends. Responsibilities

• Patrol property, inside and out, during all shifts
• Check doors and stairwells to ensure they are secure
• Respond to complaints and calls for help
• Purchase, maintain, and monitor security cameras and alarm systems
• Escort unruly patrons and loiterers from the property
• Assist with securing taxis for inebriated guests
• Fill out reports at the end of each shift
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years in a Security role
• High School education (post-high school education preferred)
• Peace Officer training preferred

Skills

• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
• Authoritative verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Ability to learn the layout of the property and buildings

Pay

$25 per hour (based on experience level)
