About the role

As a Full Time Patrol Security Officer in Brockton, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Logistics & Distribution. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication, and professional response to concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel, and maintain accurate activity logs.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, damaged property, access-control concerns, and/or potential hazards to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Comply with licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations, which may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$18.85 per hour.

Schedule

• Daytime shifts: 01:00 AM – 09:00 AM
• Days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
