Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Customer Service Patrol

About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location in Houston, TX, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and vendors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, delivery-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site policies.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in required reports.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Customer service experience is preferred.

• Full-time, daytime shifts
• Monday – Thursday: 07:00 AM – 05:00 PM
