Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at an automotive manufacturing and business location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site-specific procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, vehicle storage locations, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific policies.
